Compamed 2023, the must-attend meeting place

As every year, co-organised with the world trade fair Medica, Compamed opens its doors in Düsseldorf, Germany. It is a major showcase for the latest innovations and technological advances that are shaping the future of healthcare. As a truly international platform, the show attracts medical professionals from all over the world. It brings together companies from over 40 different countries.

Every year, around 800 international exhibitors come together. They offer a wide range of products and services, from the manufacture of medical components to the research and development of medical devices. Over four days, the latest innovations are presented in the fields of components, modules, OEM equipment, electrical electronic components, microtechnology, raw materials, adhesives, component manufacturing, finished product manufacturing, services and manufacturing equipment.

Various conferences are organised during the event. These are led by renowned industry experts and cover a range of topics, from medical engineering to healthcare regulation and management.
For this reason, attending this event offers the opportunity to network with industry professionals, decision-makers, researchers and potential business partners.

Selenium Medical takes part in Compamed 2023

Selenium Medical will be taking part again this year. It will be exhibiting from 13 to 16 November under the Business France Pavilion in Hall 8B on stand E12-2.

This is an opportunity for our team to present our various complementary services during the event:

• Surface treatment of medical devices and control of chemical processes (anodising, electropolishing, passivation, robotic masking and sandblasting, nano-etching, laser marking, etc). As well as our StarSurf® nano-etching treatment, designed to improvethe biological performance of osseointegration of implants.
• Cleaning, decontamination, assembly and packaging of medical devices in pouches, blisters or in one of our many innovative packaging solutions. As well as assistance with the validation and logistics of the gamma sterilisation process.
• Plastic injection and thermoforming in clean rooms.
• R&D, consulting and support for qualification/validation of special processes. And all the associated tests.
