For the first time Selenium Medical exhibited at the International Dental Show (IDS) 2023, March 14-18 in Cologne, Germany.

The largest international trade fair for the dental industry

IDS is the world’s leading dental trade fair and takes place every two years in Cologne, Germany. It is the international meeting place for industry representatives to learn about current and future market trends. But also to discover new processes and new technologies related to dental care and infection protection.

This year the event took place for the 40th time and celebrated its 100th anniversary. It has gathered more than 1,780 exhibitors from 60 different countries and attracted nearly 120,000 visitors from 162 different countries!

Five days rich in meetings and discussions for Selenium Medical

During 5 days, our team had the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences and to discover new projects. Also to get feedbacks from prospects and customers. It was also an opportunity for Selenium Medical to present to these players of the dental industry, its latest innovation StarSurf. This is a nano-etching process that improves the wettability of titanium and titanium alloy implants.  And thus accelerates their osseointegration. But also to discover its SoKlean solution, a holder dedicated to the dental industry which enables to protect the outer surface of the implants thanks to its titanium ring.
